BSL course fees are non-refundable once a course has commenced and a student has attended one or more paid classes. This policy applies to all BSL courses — English speaking, IELTS, PTE, OET, foreign languages, TESOL/ESL certifications, and all other programmes.
BSL's resources — trainer allocation, batch scheduling, course materials, and platform access — are committed at the point of enrolment. Once allocated, these cannot be reassigned to another student.

If a student cancels before attending any paid class, BSL will consider a course credit transfer to any other BSL course, valid for 90 days from the original payment date. Credits must be requested in writing to info@britishschooloflanguages.com within 7 days of payment. Cash refunds are not issued for pre-commencement cancellations.
If you cannot access the BSL platform due to a technical issue on BSL's side, affected classes will be rescheduled or replaced with makeup sessions at no charge. Report technical access issues to info@britishschooloflanguages.com within 24 hours of the missed class.
BSL's free QR-verified CEFR certificate is issued on completing the enrolled course at no additional charge. Certificate disputes or reissuance requests: britishschooloflanguages.com/bsl-certificate
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh. BSL ED-Tech Private Limited reserves the right to update this policy; updates are published here with an effective date.
